Breakdowns and Repairs
We can attend quickly, usually the same day, to breakdowns and emergencies associated with installations, including:

• Tripping
• Lighting faults
• Immersion Heaters
• Electrical Heating failure
• Drilled cables and similar emergencies

We can then arrange for any further work or replacement parts that may be required.

Electrical survey and report
We can conduct a full electrical survey on your property and provide a detailed report of our findings and recommendations. If you would like a survey conducted on a property you intend to buy, we can usually arrange the appointment for you via the estate agent or vendor. A free quotation can then be prepared for any remedial work required.

Kitchen Refurbishments
Whether you are fitting a brand new kitchen or refurbishing your original, we can install power points, cooker hoods and lighting as required.

Bathroom Refurbishments
We can supply and install extractor fans, electric showers, heaters, heater towel rails and IP rated light fittings.

Installations
All types of installation and rewiring work can be undertaken, and appropriate certificates issued on completion of the work.. Our estimator can visit your property and provide a detailed estimate, free of charge, including cost of all necessary materials.

Servicing
We can arrange regular annual servicing of both Electricaire and storage heaters systems, so ensuring they will run more efficiently and be less prone to break downs.
