Staff & Structure

Our team of friendly and experienced staff are ready to answer your calls and deal with your enquiries. Appointments can be arranged to suit Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Our fixed rate charge is inclusive of the first half hour of attendance, and time is then charged in 15-minute increments for all small works and breakdowns.

We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency attendance. See contact page for more info.

If you call us out of hours on the number below our on-call engineer will be able to advise you of our call out charges.
